    Description du poste

    We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Toulouse.


    Responsibilities :

    As a Sales Manager, you will manage a customer portfolio and drive the development of our activities, particularly those related to aircraft transition support.

    • You will be the sales focal for some customers to propose the full scope of Sabena technics portfolio,
    • In addition, you will be the leading the sales actions for all customers related to A/C transition support
    • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through customer visits, prospecting, and event participation.
    • Maintaining strong customer intimacy at all organizational levels.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and proper follow‑up of actions.
    • Preparing and coordinating responses to RFQs/RFPs with internal teams.
    • Negotiating and drafting contracts in line with legal and corporate guidelines.
    • Participating in industry events and strengthening your professional network.
    • Monitoring competitors to identify new business opportunities.
    • Providing regular reporting to your management and sharing key insights with internal stakeholders.
    • Traveling approximately 30% of your time.

      • You are solution‑oriented — both for customers and internally when challenges arise.
      • Application booster: if you have worked in technical A/C transition (delivery, induction, phase out) you have done half the path

    Profil recherché

    • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer service mindset.
    • Excellent English skills (written & spoken).
    • Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills to meet targets.
    • Existing network within airlines or lessors is a strong asset.


    Experience in aircraft transition activities is highly appreciated.
