The Chief of the Independent System Monitoring, reporting hierarchically to the Head of Quality, Compliance & Improvement & functionally to the Head of Design Organisation is in charge of maintaining the SABENA TECHNICS BGC DOA ref. EASA.21J.039.
Missions & Responsabilités
The DOA Quality Manager,
- Plans all activities related to the Independent System Monitoring (ISM)
- Monitors the results of the EASA surveillance audits (analysis of deviations and/or nonconformities, setting up the associated actions in close association with MOD team leaders or any other corresponding department) with respect to the established timeframe
- Conducts internal and supplier audits,
- Ensures that the manual and associated documentation to be used for the type certification process is prepared and updated as required in 21.A.243 in co-operation with the Agency,
- Monitors the internal audits (planning, analysis of findings, follow-up of corrective actions), as well as daily surveillance of DOA processes,
- Check the validated design data,
- Informs the DOA personnel in case of regulations and/or DOM and associated procedure updates (refer to § 1.3.3), (1)
- Identifies the training needs, in line with the technical progress linked to the design organisation's activity,
- Transmits to the Agency the approved training schedule at the beginning of the year as well as the synoptic of the training sessions that has really taken place, at the end of the year,
- Provides the Agency with a set of documents for the annual report of design assurance system: Annual report EASA document, which details the list of the audits performed and associated actions, list of modifications developed and list of airworthiness occurrences;
Profil recherché
Requirements :
Knowledge of EASA regulation, including (EU)748/2012
Internal Audit training and qualification
At least technical degree (Bac +2), Master degree (Bac +5) preferred
Professional English knowledge
At least 2 years holder of a Quality Manager Position
