Description du poste

Its main functions are:

To collect and expertise engines records, establish the continuing airworthiness and maintenance technical history in order to validate the engine airworthy and lease contract's conditions.

To secure the complete records collection required by the lease contract,

To prepare the statuses for the next operator or for the entry into the CAMO.

To update and organize records for the delivery in accordance with the requirements of the lease contract.

To analyze shops visits and update the trend monitoring


Missions & Responsabilités

Recovery Process:

Recovery and collection of the engine documentation defined by the lease contract.

Technical records analysis during Pre-recovery and Recovery phases.

Compile Pre-recovery Report and Deviation Item List in accordance with contractual return condition.

Support OM for commitment letter writing during Recovery phases.

Initiate / update the ASR file.

Initiate and/or update statuses in excel or in AMASIS data base.

Work Order Technical Definition:

Analyze contractual delivery condition and open items from the Recovery and define list of works to be done (AD, LLP, SB, MPD tasks, OEM tasks) for Work package issuance.

Create the work order in AMASIS data base or excel for Airbus CAMO.

Ensure the follow-up and the update of the Work package during the Working Party / Shop Visit.

Working Party / Shop Visit analysis:

Analyze the conformity of the work performed by the MRO / OEM in accordance with the last issue of the Work package.

Collect all the necessary documents (sign off, components certificates, release certificates...) for ASR file (and ARF file) update.

Update AMASIS data base and close the work order or update the excel file.

Delivery Process:

Analyze, compile and check the validity of the certificates and approvals supplied by the MRO.

Update all statuses, finalize the ASR file and provide it to the customer.

Support the customer for engine's records presentation during acceptance phase.

Follow-up customer engine's records discrepancies.

Technical follow-up:

Engine AMASIS initialization.

CN and OEM recommendations follow up.

MS & Kardex follow up.

Establish monthly report.

Establish Maintenance and Shop Visit Work package.

Work package / shop visit follow up and analysis following working party.

Other:

Continuing airworthiness follow-up for operator.

Initiate / update the Trend monitoring and Oil consumption.

Perform technical survey and issue the associated Audit Report.

Initiate or update GIS information.

Establish Part Robbery Statement.

Airworthiness documentation follow-up.


Profil recherché

Have at least 2 years of professional experience.

BAC + 5 in Aeronautical Engineering, or license part 66 with a recognised training BAC + 3, or 5 additional years of professional experience in continuing airworthiness and/or maintenance activities.

Have the regulatory training as described in the CAME and MOE of the organisation.

Have experience in the engine transaction processes, shop visits, CAMO activities and Trend Monitoring.
